Return Policy
I appreciate you making this transaction. We sincerely hope your purchase meets your needs. But, you can return your item to us for a complete refund or an exchange if you're not entirely happy with it for any reason. For further details about our return policy, please check the section below.
Returns
After the delivery date, all returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days. Every item that is returned needs to be undamaged and in its original packaging, including all tags and labels.
Returns Process

Refunds
We will handle your return or exchange once we get it and check that the item is in good condition. After your item is received, please give us at least fifteen (15) days to handle your return or exchange. When your return has been processed, you will receive an email or a WhatsApp message from us.
Exceptions
To arrange for a refund or exchange for manufactured defective or damaged products that have been delivered, please contact us using the information below.

All products are returnable or exchangeable only if there are manufacturing defects.
Refund Policy
The amount refunded will be determined by taking into account the product's pricing at the time of purchase. Any further adjustments to the product price won't be taken into account. We do not currently have a facility for reverse pickup, thus you are responsible for the shipping costs. After we get your purchase, we will start the online refund process within 15 days.
The amount will appear in your account once it is initiated. Email updates are sent to our customers as soon as the reimbursement process has started. Please allow 15 days for the refund process to be finished if we have emailed you about starting it. The consumer must submit an email with their bank information to info@boundnfound.com or +91 9946 6979 99 in order to receive a refund for COD orders via online transfer.
