Shipping Policy
Products ordered on or before 11 AM will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 11 AM will be dispatched on the next business day, and customers can expect to receive their orders within 3-5 working days. To guarantee on-time delivery, we have partnered with reputable national courier service providers.
Return/Cancellations Policy
Order cancellations would result in a refund provided the goods haven't been sent yet. Online purchases may be returned within seven business days. Every item that is returned needs to be unused and still have its original packing and tags attached. After subtracting shipping fees, the amount paid would be returned within 15 working days.
Since we don't currently have a reverse pickup option, please ship the product(s) back to us. For the purpose of avoiding loss or damage during shipment, please pack the things securely.
